The planned and gated communities have been part of the society in Quintana Roo since the '80s at least, closed spaces to give greater protection and security to your family and property. 01. Ciudad Mayakoba.
It is a complex of 409 hectares. There are vertical buildings, residential lots, and the idea of making this development a sustainable city for up to 20 years. Will have schools, university, shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals, and a doctor's office, for a better quality of life.
Ciudad Mayakoba will also have the Great Metropolitan Park, a social and sports club, as well as large areas for pedestrians, crossings for animals crossings, and recreational spaces for all residents.

This gated community will also count as its older sister Ciudad Mayakoba, with vertical and horizontal buildings, as well as residential land for the construction of houses, and something completely of its own, which is a private beach club, only for the owners and residents of the Country Club.
05. Puerto Aventuras.
It is the oldest gated community in the Riviera Maya, located on the road between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. It has different vertical and horizontal buildings, hotels, a marina, a shopping center with many options for sale, restaurants, a golf course, and also available land.Puerto Aventures has established itself and become one of the most emblematic, safe, and worthy places to visit, reside, and invest.
