One face that we do not always see in real estate is the developer and builder of the project that interests us, or maybe we do not know about the background, that is why this time I want to enlighten you about a developer with a lot of experience, not only in Riviera Maya.
In 2006 Tao started with an ambitious project called 3.14, which is a beautiful and modern complex, a mixed building that has residential and commercial areas in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
In 2008 Tao took the plunge and decided to expand to the Riviera Maya, to create their first major project: Hotel Sian Ka'an. This development is located within the glamorous Grand Bahía Principe Residential Complex, starting in the, by then, a new concept that we are very familiarized at the moment, the condo-hotel. This is how started. By the end of 2011, the name “TAO” was born, which means “the way”. Their interpretation is the way to a paradise life.
With more than 15 years of experience, 23 residential communities created and more than 1,300 properties delivered, Tao is synonymous of confidence and security when thinking about investing in Riviera Maya.
